The Pantry Coordinator serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team – including social workers, providers, clinical staff, pharmacists, dietitians, and mental health professionals – to address food insecurity and other social determinants of health as barriers to successful HIV treatment.
The Coordinator oversees delivery of all services within the food bank and pantry category and is responsible for accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with Ryan White and clinic standards. In addition to pantry operations, the Pantry Coordinator is cross-trained in Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) and Housing Program workflows to support integrated service delivery and ensure operational continuity.
