The Expertise We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years client service or client/vendor relationship management experience
- Former Fidelity Experience
- Emphasis on strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and program governance using tools like Jira Alig
- Advising on program charter updates, managing communication and change strategies, and ensuring work structures support program goals.
- Monitor execution through established routines and reporting, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of risks.
- Meticulous project/program management skills are needed to coordinate and complete several unrelated tasks in a timeline desired by the business.
- Curious and analytical with a customer-centric approach to help overcome client objections and share alternatives to help improve alignment across Fidelity and our Clients.
- Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a history of delivering extraordinary outcome for clients and the business.
- Review and Recommend Program Charter updates: Clear definition of program vs. run the product/BAU
- Stakeholder Analysis, Establishment & Management of Routines: Coordinate efforts between the squads that are developing (strategic) solutions with the right rigor and cadence at all levels
- Define Communication and Change Management strategy
- Review & Recommend Adjustments for Work Structure: Ensure guidance on setting up tools data (JIRA Align) and coordination of the work according to the program eg. Client Reporting support should be aligned to CR Init
- Monitor Ongoing Execution: Establish transparency. Compare the progress to the plan and raise any caution areas in regular routines (Metascrum, Executive Action Team). Regular (bi-weekly) reporting to include program health across all project dimensions (scope, budget, resources, schedule)
- Coordinate Monthly Scaled Review Demo for active stakeholders
- Coordinate Quarterly L2 Sponsor Review
