Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize deliverables across various workstreams, manage timelines, and resolve roadblocks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams including Creative Services, Marketing, Design, EmTech, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and SMEs to deliver high impact content/experiences for the new Fidelity Experience Center.
  • Facilitate production of video content, storytelling assets, and interactive elements to enhance visitor engagement while ensuring messaging aligns with strategic goals.
  • Manage content approval process, facilitating discussions with Legal and Compliance.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration into experiential spaces.
  • Develop sustainable processes for content refresh and experience updates.

The Skills You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an agency or corporate setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at translating technical and creative needs into actionable plans
  • A self-starter who’s adaptable and always looking to learn
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Quick to grasp new concepts and passionate about emerging technologies and innovation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00-$55.00 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
