The Role

As a Program Manager at Fidelity Investments, you'll have a crucial part in updating our technology solutions and improving user experiences. You'll be leading the way in delivering outstanding Financial Crimes Compliance technology projects, guaranteeing seamless compliance with our regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements!

In this role, you will be:

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of excellence in program management and dedication to compliance with regulations. Here are the qualifications we are seeking:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or information systems

  • Over 6 years of related experience

  • Strong problem-solving and data analytical abilities

  • Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication abilities

  • A strong communal working style with superb relationship management and facilitation skills

  • The ability to take initiative and make decisions driven by customer needs

  • Experience engaging with both internal and external partners to support dependencies and integrations

  • Outstanding skills in building positive relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
