Position Description
We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our team on our multi-year joint venture project in Glendale, California. The position supports daily operations for the project site. This role ensures efficient communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between project staff, field crews, vendors, and corporate office. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Document ControlAssist project managers with scheduling, project tracking, and documentationDistribute project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutesTrack project deadlines, permits, inspections, and compliance documentsCoordinate with subcontractors and vendors for paperwork and schedulingAssist with timecards and payroll administrationReview and Process vendor invoicesRequest and Track Subcontractors complianceManage e-mails, and general office correspondencePrepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents Order office and job site suppliesSchedule:
