The Project Coordinator, Hiring Experiences and Programs supports the planning, execution, and weekly operations of programs and projects across the Hiring Experiences & Programs team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn project management and program delivery fundamentals. The coordinator helps maintain project documentation, track milestones, support stakeholder communication, and ensure smooth delivery of recurring new hire and hiring manager programs.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Weekly Logistics Support- Coordinate end-to-end weekly logistics for new hire and hiring manager programs, ensuring a seamless learner experience.
- Prepare session materials, agendas, slide decks, and participant communications.
- Update program trackers, dashboards, and resource repositories to reflect weekly delivery status.
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules for program enhancements or new initiatives.
- Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays when needed.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, take detailed meeting notes, and identify and follow-up with action items.
- Support the preparation of presentations, status updates, and project reports.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure teams stay aligned.
- Maintain shared resources such as project trackers, dashboards, and templates.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for weekly program operations and coordination needs.
- Draft clear, concise communications for facilitators, speakers, and participants.
- Clarify requirements and gather information across teams as needed.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline weekly delivery workflows and documentation.
- Support the adoption of standard program and project management practices and tools.
- Add to team retrospectives and help implement improvements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or administrative support (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
