ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who is a great communicator with an eye for organization and proficiency to lead the execution of enterprise-level projects.
The Project Manager is a key role for successful delivery for our clients. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively, this role supports the team to provide an excellent overall client experience – from meeting quality requirements to on-time delivery expectations.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proficiency in project management principles and process groups (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, closing) and has an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing in a fast-moving agile environment.
To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the US.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the PM will have the following responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Capture project requirements and ensure full understanding of deliverables
- Work alongside other Account Managers and Leadership to create roadmaps
- Develop and lead the execution of project plans and cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work to clients
- Proactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact project deliverables and resources and develop mitigation strategies with the account team
- Demonstrate good judgment, ability to foresee potential issues, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Track lessons learned and develop areas for improvement in internal and external processes along with scalable solutions
- Manage project resources to prioritize and schedule work
- Work closely with vendors to ensure quality deliverables for our customers
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency setting
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously within fast-paced environment
- The project coordinator is expected to hit all their metrics, meet all quality standards, contribute to a positive team environment, and gain competency at their role
- A passion for problem solving and providing exceptional client service
- Knowledge of digital marketing (eg. SEO, paid media, content marketing, analytics)

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: USD $50,000.00 to $52,500.00; depending on experience and skills
- Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
