Join Fidelity Investments as a Senior Manager Project Manager and help transform Treasury Operations! You will lead strategic and operational initiatives within the OSG Treasury Project team. Your role impacts the future of Treasury Cash Management Operations, Banking Services, Product Strategy, and Technology. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • To succeed in this role, you need a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of project or program management experience, especially in Treasury, Money Movement, Banking Operations, or financial services.

  • You must have a deep understanding of Treasury Operations and payment rails.

  • A proven track record of delivering high-impact programs is important.

  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail are required.

  • You should be able to think strategically while focusing on details.

  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility will help you manage competing priorities.

  • As a data-driven problem solver, you will analyze information, generate insights, and influence collaborators toward effective solutions.

The Team

We are part of Fidelity's Operations and Service Group, specifically the Account, Treasury, and Tax Services Division. Our dynamic Treasury Operations team leads all aspects of cash management, fund transfers, and various banking relationships. We collaborate with internal partners to develop seamless, efficient, and secure money movement solutions. Our dedication to excellence ensures reliability, compliance, and enhanced customer experiences through transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and process optimization. We are an ambitious team, passionate about delivering world-class services and encouraging a culture of innovation.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
