Lead, staff, and manage the corporate transportation network planning group and supporting managers. Create, support, and manage strategic routing strategies that meet organizational and customer goals. These include sales assistance, major customer rollouts and strategic routing initiatives to create efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Identify, manage, and coordinate all tasks that are required to implement marketing campaigns and delegate to appropriate marketing teammates and external agencies
• Create project timelines and work cross-functionally across the marketing team and other internal departments to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track within the established budget
• Develop and manage project plans and schedules throughout project lifecycle
• Track milestones and progress to provide marketing leadership with updates as campaigns and projects progress
• Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with different departments within the company to ensure a smooth efficient workflow
• Ensure that all marketing projects are carried out as smoothly as possible and are delivered on time
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts within cross-functional teams and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure that all marketing deliverables are on-brand and align with the company and departmental goals
• Communicate with Director of Marketing regarding workflow, priorities, challenges, successes, or any other information necessary to ensure that best practices are followed
• Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or business, preferred)
• 3-Five or more years of related work experience in marketing project management
• Exceptional project management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines
• Experience with project management tools, like Teamwork and Microsoft Tasks by Planner
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint preferred
• Advanced proofreading skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to interface with senior management
• Good working knowledge of the printing process, digital and pre-press printing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all clients, vendors and all levels of the internal organization
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
