Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
  • Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, comparator, height gage, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
  • Review &/or manage calibration log & schedule for Inspection & Mfg areas
  • Review work order for completion of operations and required documentation
  • Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
  • Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
  • Ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
  • Create and modify comparator overlays
  • Document, investigate, & contain non-conforming material
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
  • Experience in metal forming preferred
  • Extensive experience in, calibration and GD&T
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office,
    • ERP & CAD experience preferred

Salary range

  • $25 - $31 per hour
