Position Purpose
The Receptionist reports to the CFO and is responsible for executing the day to day tasks of operating the Reception Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Functions
- Greeting, assisting, logging, and directing all visitors at the main entrance
- Answering the phone
- Responsible for receiving, marking, and notification of package deliveries
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Responsible for securing keys and signing out of campus vehicles
- Assists in coordination of active shooter and fire drills
- Printing name badges and assigning gate tags as necessary
Qualifications (Skills and Abilities Required)
- Minimum of a high school diploma and 1+ years of administrative experience
- Positive attitude, courteous, and professional
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and ability to learn new programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must utilize sound judgment
- Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working independently with limited guidance and have the ability to make independent decisions.
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive material and information confidentially. Maturity, poise, judgment, and professionalism are essential.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
