Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Full-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our internal medicine clinic. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, collaborating with team members, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting our clinic’s mission and ACO (Accountable Care Organization) goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Greet and register patients upon arrival
- Collect co-pays and payments Communicate with patients via fax and text
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare preferred Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished phone etiquette
- Must type 40 + words a minute
Hours: Full-time position, M-F Shifts may vary between: Opener 6:30am to 3:00pm Mid-shift 8:00am to 4:30pm Closer 9am to 5:30pm
