Research & Mailroom Specialist (Part Time)

We are currently looking for a Mailroom Specialist (including extensive research and audit review) to join our growing team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mailroom Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include processing outcoming letter generation, auditing letter generation reports, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, maintaining mail logs, processing member return mail and general mail, and supporting mailroom operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and will work closely with compliance and leadership to ensure adherence to regulations.

Office Location:

• 2415 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix AZ (On Site)

Schedule:

• Monday and Saturday are required 2pm-6pm AZ time.
• Additional hours are flexible.
• Will include holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Monitoring multiple tango systems to ensure all letters generated as expected.
• Ability to understand tango system data to determine if additional letter action is needed.
• Research patient records when letters are processed outside of compliance expectations.
• Ability to understand patient records and interpret detailed data elements and make decisions on action needed.
• Ability to extract data from multiple tango systems and compile in formats easily digested by tango technology and external vendors.
• Ability to extract data from multiple tango systems and input into reporting systems.
• Ability to interpret reporting and determine required letter action needed.
• Work in AI tools and validate AI tool accuracy.
• Audit letter generation reports and create or fix letters as needed.
• Generate, print, log, and processing outgoing mail.
• Generate and maintain mail logs, ensuring they accurately load into the systems.
• Generate manual letters using provided templates and internal tool and system data when necessary.
• Audit letter templates and content to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor reports to ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements.
• Ensure timely provision of letters to vendors according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to facilitate access to letter logs for audits.
• Processing incoming general and member return mail.
