Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10 lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs.



Shift

Monday through Friday. Day shift. 8:00am-4:30pm



Job Summary

This position will work independently and in tandem with other positions in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology to credential new outreach and research providers. It will manage outreach and research technical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth clinic flow.

This person will work to assist with business development, strategic planning, and inventory & space management. Analysis and review of several financial reports will also be a critical part of this position.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Epic, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, management experience, organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication. Experience in basic office principles.

Master’s plus 4 years of related administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred.
