Job Summary

Dr. Doug Oyler is seeking a Research Program Manager to join his team in the College of Pharmacy.

The Research Program Manager will serve as the principal regulatory and compliance contact for multi-site research programs, ensuring adherence to sponsor, institutional, and federal requirements for human subjects and HIPAA. They will oversee IRB submissions, protocol fidelity, site audits, and clinical trial registration, manage budgets, invoices, reimbursements, and grant reporting in collaboration with investigators, while monitoring expenditures and preparing financial summaries and coordinate study logistics including subject payments, study supplies, and regulatory documentation. They will foster professional relationships with investigators, collaborators, and research staff, providing education and training as needed.

They will be responsible for developing and maintaining best practice for timely and accurate data collection. They will also coordinates data management system as per study protocols and IRB requirements, and develop and maintain processes for ongoing data integrity monitoring and feedback regarding study procedures to sites across multiple states.

Additional responsibilities include completing study documents, maintaining document databases, and managing contact with subjects.
