The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Director serves as a strategic leader - architecting sustainable profitable growth strategies across Proximo’s US & Canada business unit. This role partners with Marketing and Sales leadership to design and execute revenue strategies, including, but not limited to, Price, Promotion, Size/Packaging Mix, and Channel/Market mix strategies that shape commercial decisions and optimize value across brands, channels, and customers. By combining commercial insight and analytical precision, this leader drives trade investment effectiveness, enhances gross margin, and strengthens market competitiveness.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategy development: Translate enterprise business objectives into actionable sales and channel-specific strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Pricing and promotion management: Develop and execute pricing architectures and promotional strategies to meet financial commitments and drive sales.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Operations to ensure coordinated, data-driven decisions.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and reports on revenue trends, financial data, and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Trade investment optimization: Manage and optimize trade spend to maximize return on investment and meet both short- and long-term goals.
  • Portfolio and mix management: Analyze product assortments to optimize for shopper preferences and market demand.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
  • 7 years of experience in the related area or Spirits Industry
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Management, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with syndicated data for storytelling
  • Cross-functional leadership: Experience leading and influencing teams across different departments.
  • Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financials, key revenue drivers, and P&L management.
  • Communication: Proven history of influencing stakeholders and building consensus.
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The salary range for this role is a base salary of $139,400 – $185,500 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
