Risk Associate

The hourly pay rate for this position is $30-$35 per hour.

The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Risk Associate to support Fidelity’s Issue Management Program, including issue monitoring and management, preparing Executive-level reporting, development and implementation of risk analytics, and supporting various initiatives related to the Issue Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program.

The Responsibilities of this Role
This role is part of the Corporate Risk team that leads the Fidelity Issue Management Program.
In this role, you will:

• Become fully versed on and advocate for Fidelity’s Issue Management Program, including issue reporting, monitoring, and management
• Work closely and coordinate with key risk, compliance, and business partners to develop and implement processes for gathering and analyzing risk issue data
• Support the management of various components of the Issue Management Program, including drafting issue summaries, analyzing issue trends, maintaining program artifacts (policy, guidelines, training materials)
• Be the key driver of data analytics with the support of team members
• Support the development of and produce executive and committee reporting for the Head of Corporate Risk, including preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Project planning, management, and ongoing prioritization efforts
• Develop and maintain data visualizations (Tableau) and data analytics platforms (Alteryx)

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree
• Strong problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills, as well as superior attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting high level issue summaries for Executive-level consumption
• Demonstrated excellence in data analysis and data aggregation
• Effective relationship building and influence skills
• Archer experience a plus
• Desire to remain continually aware of the changing risk landscape and adapt and improve preventive and prescriptive analytics accordingly
• Related work experience; Risk, Compliance, and/or Reporting experience is a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
