The Role

The Fidelity Charitable light automation analyst will be supporting Fidelity Charitable’ s operational teams with various automation and reporting/data needs. Your responsibilities will range from applying groundbreaking tools such as RPA, Power Automate, Tableau and others to ultimately help the teams achieve their goals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Drive customer experience for both internal and external partners
  • Experience with various light automation tools (RPA: Blue Prism, Power Automate, macro development) preferred.
  • Should be comfortable with SQL queries.
  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in design, configuration, testing and support of automated processes and data reporting.
  • Experience working closely with business functions, developing, and analyzing requirements, creating test cases, and preparing reports, user guides, and other supporting materials.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new opportunities to business partners.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, as well as collaborate within a team.

The Purpose of Your Role:

  • Work with authorities and process owners across Fidelity Charitable to understand and assist with the development of their automated solution design, ensuring they deliver a solution that meets RPA/UDA technical requirements.
  • Assist businesses with opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize business processes that are potential candidates for automation.
  • Help business units retrieve necessary data and help to analyze.
  • Act as a central point of knowledge and control owner for automation capabilities and support the development and testing of proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Provide support and resolution of any production incidents or outages related to automated solutions.
  • Fully and clearly document business processes.
