Salesforce Administrator
Position Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for helping enhance our Salesforce org by providing customer service, implementing best practices, and developing new solutions to unique business problems as well as providing premier technical support to select group of client-facing associates.
This individual will work directly with our internal customers, business partners, cross company technologists and analysts to assist with Salesforce support, problem solving, and building processes to drive user adoption and increase productivity.
In this role, we place a high value on serving our customers, who are client-facing associates and in direct support of accomplishing our business objectives. In addition to technical expertise, we expect a high attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and the ability to build a rapport with the customer.

They are expected to own their professional development plan and acquire additional skills that ensure continued growth in and effective contribution to the organization.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the team by:
  • Helping to manage, prioritize, and escalate internal support requests
  • Resolving issues and supporting new or enhanced functionality requests brought by end-users
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing for both new and ongoing development projects
  • Participating in change management efforts to improve our Salesforce implementation
  • Contributing to keeping our Salesforce instance aligned with best practices
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 & Office O365
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting remote workers in a corporate environment
Qualifications of Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 3+ year experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and design logical, scalable solutions
  • Strong desire to learn and implement Salesforce best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills, time and project management
The hourly pay rate range for this position is between $55-$65 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
