Job Summary
Senior-level research leader who sets scientific strategy and delivers complex, multi-year programs. Directs experimental design and method development, establishes rigor and reproducibility standards, and makes data-driven decisions. Builds and manages externally funded portfolios, leads pre- and post-award activities, and stewards budgets, procurement, and resources to align with sponsor and institutional policy.
Oversees day-to-day lab operations and trains staff while maintaining compliant, inspection-ready biosafety and quality systems. Manages Biosafety protocols as IBC Co-PI. Drives publications and presentations by standardizing data collection, analysis, and reporting and by mentoring collaborators and trainees. Serves as the primary liaison across departments, cores, and external partners to scale capabilities, mitigate risk, and sustain a high-impact research program.
