Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership: Coordinate multi-team delivery efforts, manage dependencies, risks, and release planning to ensure seamless execution.
- Agile & Project Expertise: Apply fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and project management practices to support planning, prioritization, and forecasting.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with product and technology leaders to align delivery plans with product vision, KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Execution Excellence: Monitor progress, manage scope, and ensure delivery against milestones and business value targets.
- Data-Driven Enablement: Use delivery metrics and historical trends to inform planning, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.
- Team Empowerment: Mentor delivery professionals, promote shared accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Governance & Quality: Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, manage tech debt, and support business readiness and release success.
Qualifications
- Relevant proven experience and training/certification in delivery frameworks and methodologies (agile delivery, project management, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working directly to plan and drive the execution of technology delivery within a team or across multiple teams
- Excellent facilitation, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment
- Strong experience with delivery metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning
- Familiarity with scaled delivery practices and enterprise governance
