We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Accountant to own execution of our monthly close and serve as a trusted finance point of contact for store department leaders. This is a highly visible, load-bearing role: you'll take ownership of a full book of journal entries, reconciliations, and PBCs, working within a close structure where the Assistant Controller manages close and the Controller finalizes the financials and delivers them to the CFO for sign-off and issuance. You'll also provide day-to-day guidance to a Staff Accountant, so this role combines strong technical ownership with the start of people leadership. We want someone who takes pride in a clean, timely close, is comfortable being the department's first call, and actively looks for ways to automate and improve how the work gets done.
