The Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Architecture to join our specialized team within the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Domain, which is dedicated to building and deploying technologies that drive automation, digitization, and efficiency across our servicing ecosystem. Our mission is to create a future state where digital interactions replace paper, client experiences are streamlined and automated, and associates focus on high-value work.

As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in technology investment decisioning, partnering closely with senior leaders to evaluate and shape strategic technology initiatives. This is a high-impact role that blends finance, strategy, and technology insights to inform recommendations on investments aligned with our firm’s mission.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will lead business and technical analyses, develop financial models, and synthesize insights from data, subject matter experts, and industry benchmarks. You will also contribute to defining future-state processes, identifying pain points, and crafting actionable recommendations. Deliverables often include executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, finance, or technology-related roles.
  • Exposure to financial modeling and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to form hypotheses and test them using data.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Interest in digital transformation and technology trends.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
