SENIOR ANALYST, CYBER ASSURANCE AND SUPPORT

The Role

Fidelity Investments has a Senior Analyst opening that represents an outstanding opportunity to accelerate an individual’s career in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, resiliency, cloud and technology by developing an outstanding depth of knowledge and by interacting with clients and prospects at one of the top tier financial services companies in America. Join a high impact team that contributes to attracting and retaining business by responding to cybersecurity inquiries and requests from 401k clients and prospective clients by:

  • Providing assurance over Fidelity’s cybersecurity and customer protection controls using the team’s standard database of responses, fellow team members, and business partners

  • Responding to client security and customer protection inquiries, to include Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and security assessment questionnaires, client support meetings and calls, and security assessment/audit findings

  • Communicating Fidelity’s industry-leading cybersecurity program in client meetings and presentations

  • Reviewing cybersecurity and data breach client contract provisions and assisting with contract negotiations

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a technology-related field; or equivalent experience

  • Professional information security certification (Security+, CISSP, CISA, etc.)

  • Knowledge of cyber and information security concepts and principles (e.g. access controls, network security, defense-in-depth, web application security, insider threat, etc.) and current events

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to build positive partnerships

  • Time management skills necessary to balance multiple priorities concurrently

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of cybersecurity, information security, and/or technology risk experience required

You will be a member of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence (CoE). The mission of the Customer Protection CoE is to protect the Workplace community of thousands of plan sponsors and millions of participants on our retirement and benefits platforms.
