How will you make an impact in this role?

This Senior Analyst position reports to the Senior Manager of GCSM Business Operations and will be responsible for working across GCS Marketing teams to support the transition to the new RCSA framework and establishing resources to help teams embed control management into their day-to-day operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners in Control Management and GCS Marketing to operationalize governance via communications and a centralized calendar to enable more effective planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and ongoing improvement within GCSM.
  • Facilitate the understanding and use of the risk governance framework through regular communication.
  • Support GCSM with design of controls and processes, including modifications to enhance processes/controls to improve proactive risk mitigations.
  • Be a key leader for sharing insights, best practices, and learning across GCSM.
  • Create and maintain centralized resources for Marketing, including a Guardian & Control Management Calendar to enable more effective planning.
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve and drive efficiency within the processes we support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or Marketing roles, with an exposure to or experience with operational risk management (e.g., within Control Management, Risk and/or Internal Audit function).
  • Excellent project and program management skills; able to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, structured, persuasive—with an ability to educate and inspire teams around risk and performance ownership.
  • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, a proactive mentality, and a passion to win required.
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and high personal accountability.
  • Strong internal partner management skills with proven ability to influence & negotiate.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building structure, clarity, and scalable processes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to or familiar with operational risk management lifecycle / control management activities.

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
