Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate and B2B Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences. 

As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to continuing to be at the forefront of our customer needs. The Corporate Program Product Management organization was created earlier this year to consolidate all core corporate payment products under one leadership structure (including corporate card, central billing solutions (BTA), virtual cards, expense management solutions and more) and spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities solidifying our leadership position. 

The Senior Analyst, Product Management – Expense Management Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement will play a key role in defining, launching, and scaling Expense Management solutions across the corporate ecosystem. This role will sit at the intersection of product strategy, GTM execution, and sales enablement, helping to shape how Expense Management capabilities are positioned, introduced, and adopted by customers. You will work closely with other members of the Corporate Product team and collaborate with key partners across Marketing, Sales Enablement, Servicing, GCS Sales and Account Development, and Control Management to bring our Expense Management roadmap to market. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Expense Management Go-to-Market Enablement.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of product management, go-to-market strategy, and sales execution. You will help drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful launches and sustained adoption of Expense Management solutions across customer segments.

  • Support and execute product go-to-market (GTM) plans for new Expense Management solutions and features - from launch through adoption and scaling across customer segments, focusing on effective marketing activation and customer adoption.
  • Maintain and manage control/compliance trackers and product asset repositories to ensure visibility, coordination, and execution consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with Control partners, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure strong governance, risk management, and alignment through efficient end-to-end asset review and approval processes.
  • Monitor and share insights on the Expense Management competitive landscape, providing regular updates and implications to stakeholders to inform product positioning and GTM strategy.
  • Support sales motions, including the creation of ad-hoc internal enablement materials, training content, and talk tracks to enable client-facing colleagues to effectively articulate product value/benefits and drive adoption.
  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales to define and deliver the vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for Expense Management within the broader Corporate and SBS card value proposition.
  • Support development of product positioning, messaging, and marketing communications for Expense Management as both a standalone solution and a key component of the Corporate Program value proposition.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to prepare decision support materials and uncover meaningful business insights
  • Ability to operate in whitespace in a fast-moving environment, by self-starting, driving momentum, and translating high-level ideas into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within product, marketing, go-to-market or related functions
  • Experience with governance processes, either within Amex or at other companies
  • Operational pragmatism and ability to forge relationships across the organization to drive progress forward

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
