Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes. The U.S. Small Business and Middle Market segment is the largest GCS customer segment with strong growth momentum and remains a key area of investment and focus.

The Corporate Site Strategy team sits within Managed Marketing & Prospect in GCS and plays a critical role in driving demand, supporting digital onboarding, and evolving the Corporate Program narrative across the end-to-end prospect journey.

This Senior Analyst role will support the strategy, development, and optimization of the U.S. Corporate Site experience. The individual will help execute key site initiatives including new product launches as well as ongoing content and performance enhancements that drive qualified demand and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and execution of the Corporate Site roadmap, translating business priorities into clear digital requirements across Homepage, PDPs, and supporting pages
  • Drive site content updates and messaging enhancements in partnership with Creative, UX, and Product teams to ensure alignment with Corporate Program positioning
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion across key site entry points; support A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives
  • Track and monitor core site KPIs (traffic, engagement, application starts) and prepare performance summaries and insights for leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Product, Analytics, Sales, and Compliance to support site builds, QA reviews, and phased launches
  • Lead marketing execution processes within Marketingforce, including creative submissions, routing for legal and compliance approval, and tracking feedback through review cycles

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy, performance marketing, or related field
  • Experience supporting website content strategy and execution within a B2B or financial services organization
  • Familiarity with digital acquisition funnels
  • Experience managing creative reviews and routing assets through Marketing force (or similar systems) to obtain legal and compliance approval
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working with performance metrics and summarizing insights (advanced analytics experience a plus but not required)
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced, phased launch environments
  • Strategic thinker with a desire to continuously improve the digital customer experience

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
