The Amex Offers Digital Media (AODM) is a global organization that sits within US Consumer Services (USCS) and is American Express’ marketing services center of excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-first marketing that accelerates business growth through optimized go-to-market solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you'll report to the Product Owner of Merchant List Exchange (MLE). MLE plays a crucial role in curating targeted lists of merchants to use within marketing Card Member offers such as Amex Offers. You'll be instrumental in managing the issues management process as well as supporting the Product Owner in roadmap delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our incident and production support, as well as prioritization processes.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to establish clear and measurable outcomes and key results (OKRs) with a customer-centric focus.
  • Work alongside the Product Owner to develop a well-defined product roadmap that takes into account impacts and dependencies.
  • Partner with customers and engineering teams to ensure roadmaps incorporate partner demand solutions and ongoing product enhancements.
  • Engage extensively with customers to identify needs, opportunities, gaps, and potential solutions.
  • Demonstrate your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support the execution of the roadmap using agile product development practices.
  • Plan and conduct User Acceptance and Business Validation Testing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in agile product management or roadmap development, with a competent technical background.
  • Proven adaptability to changing priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences across Business and Technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-starter qualities with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A natural inclination to challenge the status quo and a willingness to learn.

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
