The Technology Risk and Information Security Customer Success team is seeking a Senior Associate Digital Product Manager to collaborate with business leaders and partners to craft the product vision, drive the Product Roadmap, prioritizing the development team’s sprint backlog, participate actively in all phases of the iteration process, and are responsible for product decisions, release planning and leading designers and engineers to deliver user experiences, operational processes, and supporting technology assets.
A successful candidate will have:·Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
·A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving platform innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset.
·An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile, and SAFe principles
·Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset
·A background in working with Big Data Analytics and Information Security is a plus
As a key link in the product development process no two days here will be the same, but there are some things you can count on doing:
- Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap
- Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements
- Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
- Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities
- Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
Are you ready to be at the center of it all?
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and roadmap
- Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of reporting/analytical applications
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
