Our vision is to “provide best-in-class Platforms and Capabilities that enable the risk management framework in GRC and across the Company and empower colleagues to excel at risk management activities.”

We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to support the development and delivery of data products that enable enterprise risk data aggregation and regulatory reporting. This role is part of a multi-year transformation to modernize the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform and deliver accurate, traceable, and timely data to meet internal and external reporting obligations. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, and risk and compliance partners to help shape solutions that meet regulatory expectations such as BCBS 239, CCAR, and other data lineage and aggregation requirements.

You will support day-to-day product development for risk data ingestion, transformation, and reporting capabilities, while helping ensure product features meet both business needs and compliance standards. This includes writing user stories, validating data requirements, and testing features that enable aggregation across multiple risk domains. You’ll play a key role in documenting reporting logic, helping to ensure data accuracy, and assisting in the development of controls to support data quality and auditability. This role is ideal for someone interested in financial regulation, risk technology, and the intersection of product management and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering platform capabilities that support risk data aggregation, lineage, and reconciliation.
  • Translate regulatory and stakeholder reporting requirements into actionable product features.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams to define data sourcing, transformation, and control rules.
  • Support the development of standard reporting templates, dashboards, and automated distribution mechanisms.
  • Help manage data-related controls and metrics that support compliance with BCBS 239 and other frameworks.
  • Document data definitions, calculation logic, and lineage as part of risk data reporting workflows.
  • Coordinate UAT, data validations, and defect management in partnership with analytics and testing teams.
  • Participate in risk and regulatory reviews to support internal and external audits or examinations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting concepts (e.g., BCBS 239, CCAR, Basel, or FDIC reporting).
  • Understanding of risk or compliance data domains such as credit risk, operational risk, or issue management.
  • Proficiency with agile delivery processes and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and data traceability.
  • Experience documenting requirements for data transformations and validation logic.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across risk, compliance, engineering, and audit functions.
  • Interest in product development, data quality frameworks, and data governance principles.
