How will you make an impact in this role?

The Acquisition Foundations team plays a critical role in shaping and scaling Commercial digital acquisition across Apply, Onboarding, and related customer journeys. Our mission is to enable consistent, data driven, and enterprise ready acquisition experiences by building shared capabilities, experimentation frameworks, and performance insights that power growth across markets and segments.
We operate in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams globally. This role will focus on advancing foundational capabilities that support end to end acquisition, including experimentation, funnel performance visibility, and reusable platform components that drive scale and efficiency.


In this role, the Sr. Associate Digital Product Manager will independently lead defined capability workstreams within the acquisition journey. This includes translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, driving backlog prioritization, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver high impact enhancements, and using data to inform optimization and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own defined product workstreams within Commercial digital acquisition, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and growth priorities
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive backlog prioritization and execution in partnership with engineering teams across global time zones
  • Partner with Analytics to define success metrics, implement instrumentation, and deliver actionable performance insights across the acquisition funnel
  • Lead post launch performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities through experimentation and test and learn frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product Directors and Managers to align cross journey dependencies and ensure cohesive customer experiences across Apply and Onboarding
  • Contribute to the evolution of shared foundations such as dashboards, reporting, identity, prefill, and eligibility capabilities
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and scalability opportunities and drive resolution with key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years of digital product management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing backlogs in tools such as Jira
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, ownership mindset
  • Experience with experimentation, funnel analytics, or platform capabilities is a plus

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
