We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented person to ensure financial and operational goals are met, work with cross-functional teams and enable business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial oversight, vendor management, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management – Contribute and support the overall program budget, including T&E tracking, and ensure financial discipline.
- Contractor & Resource Onboarding – Facilitate on and off boarding of contractor resources, SOW renewals, and Management assistance.
- Governance & Reporting – Assist in maintaining program dashboards, executive-level reporting and presentations, and communication materials.
- Software Management – Facilitate onboarding of net new and renewal of software/hardware through procurement and sourcing.
- Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with cross-functional partners within and outside of Technology Risk and Information Security, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels
- Sensitive information handling: Handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise strong judgment in communications and access control.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, vendor management, or resource management.
- Prior experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, Product or Portfolio related team is preferred.
- Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and third-party providers, including onboarding and off boarding of resources.
- Solid analytical and financial acumen.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Project Management tools (for ex. MS Project, Jira), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and standard collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Slack).
- Experience using AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot, and ChatGPT to drive efficiency, create content, and conduct analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or comparable experience required; advanced degree preferred.
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
