Senior Automation Engineer
The Role
Fidelity is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Brokerage Technology development & Infrastructure team. You will be joining the Application Infrastructure & Center of Excellence product Area of our institutional brokerage trading WealthScape portal web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for Analysis, Design, Quality Assurance, Implementation and Support of portal web applications. You’ll work on Automation of regression suites and providing automated solutions for the validations this team provides. This individual will work collaboratively with other teams to implement and maintain the technical solutions by analyzing complex business problems .Your work will impact the thousands of registered investment advisors, correspondents, and individual investors who use our platform.

Senior Automation Engineer
The Role

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Experience with automation Frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber is must.
- Experience working with Terraform Infrastructure as code, AWS EKS, S3 is required.
- Experience with Splunk/Datadog, Jenkins and Jenkins pipeline construction is must
- Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, including SQL queries, is often required.
- Experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot application development is a plus.
- Understanding and experience with testing APIs, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborating with colleagues on technical implementation and process improvement
- Experience in defining and implementing test automation frameworks that are maintainable and scalable
- Familiarity with various testing tools, including automated testing frameworks, bug tracking systems, and performance testing tools
- Proficiency in using test management tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of Apache webserver is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and resolving system issues.
- Experience working with UDeploy, Artifactory, Sonar, ServiceNow
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
