Job Description:

Fidelity Investments is seeking Senior BPM Developers to support multiple business units in automating, digitizing, and transforming their operational environments. This is a hands-on technical role that leverages software design and engineering expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for business partners. In this position, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions that align with customer needs while adhering to internal quality and security standards. You will develop maintainable BPM implementations, uphold excellence in software development practices, and actively contribute to analysis and design discussions. Additionally, you will play a key role in building trusted relationships within the team and with business partners.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and REST APIs (Required)

  • Experience with HTML and CSS (Preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM development platforms

  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers

  • Background in business process improvement or re-engineering

  • Experience in financial services, particularly in operations or technology roles (a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills to assess business problems and propose technical solutions

  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for tackling new challenges

  • Clear and effective communication with peers and leadership

  • Confidence to contribute ideas and opinions in team discussions

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership

  • Eagerness to learn and grow expertise in new tools and technologies

The Team

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) within Fidelity Investments, you will join an agile team of 6-8 skilled and hardworking individuals tasked with re-imagining the customer experience and associate workflow for Fidelity. The team will be focused on up-front design, development and implementation of innovative solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and enable an exceptional digital experience for Fidelity business partners and end users.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
