We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst of Alternative Investments products and services, who will be responsible for the creation and tracking of requirements for operations business that supports over $80B in customer assets. Alternative Investments is a complicated and nuanced product space with manual, industry wide processes in place to support transactional activity. You will navigate Alternative Investments processes, introduce automation where applicable, determine outcomes, and make decisions based on data insights and ensure the ultimate client experience for our clients.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years of business analysis experience is preferred
· Alternative Investments experience is preferred
· Experience with data reporting/analytics tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI
· Experience with QA and validation testing processes and tools
· Experience with Agile methodology and processes, Jira creation/tracking and Confluence
· College degree or applicable work experience
· Proven problem-solving ability that encourages creative solutions
· Effective communication skills
· Ability to adapt and be flexible when the business changes
· Proven ability to establish links across the organization
· Ability to grow and deepen industry relationships
The Team
The Director leads the Fidelity Operations and Services Group (OSG) Strategy team and is accountable for providing business analysis cross channel support of third-party alternative investment products. The team focuses on process & technology automation and integration, business testing, enhanced operational reporting, and metrics. You will work with the team to understand our operational policies and procedures, provide the team with support of our operations, and advocate for improvements.
The base salary range for this position is $66,000-$104,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
