The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team! The Digital Solutions & Strategy (DS&S) chapter helps create world class digital experiences at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by:
Integrating deep research & industry awareness
Impacting product strategy
Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints.
You will be embedded on a squad where you will provide business analysis and expertise to support the management and creation of digital voice experiences that support our PI clients. You will play a supporting and leading role in all phases of digital product management, including:
Discovering the right opportunities using data
Defining the requirements
Crafting innovative solutions
Supporting client and field readiness
Measuring the business outcome
Partnering with technologists and AI teams to bring opportunities to fruition
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value
Experience working in an agile team required.
A strong understanding of the AI model lifecycle, from development to deployment
Ability to approach complex challenges with critical thinking and creative problem-solving
Client-obsessed with a passion to tackle challenges through a data driven approach. Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel and solid understanding of Tableau and data visualization techniques
An affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry AI/NLP innovations
Possess strong story telling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions using data and visualization
Some relevant experience in prior customer facing roles is a plus

Digital Solutions & Strategy Chapter Area associates are passionate about bringing together process, technology, analytics, and user experience to scale our ability to serve our growing client and associate base. Our members share a set of core product management and analytical skills, as well as a set of differentiated skills which extend their ability to meet the needs of the squad to which they are aligned. You will be aligned with the Digital AI Solutions product area, whose mission is to deliver simple, fast, and easy AI-powered digital products and services for customers and associates across all channels. We work towards flawless customer experience on web, mobile, digital voice-based and associate facing interactions driven by AI-based natural language solutions. You will be part of the agentBOT product team which supports an AI-powered, associate-facing search capability that helps customer-facing associates quickly find accurate answers. This experience leverages multiple advanced technologies to deliver efficient results
