Job Description:

The Role

A Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) Senior Communication Manager (SCM) is a self-starter and an integral member of a Plan Sponsor’s service team. They are responsible for developing creative and strategic multichannel participant communication plans for our SPS clients. The SCM proactively collaborates with clients and business partners to execute high-quality, effective, and efficient communication strategies. They are passionate about maximizing the Communication & Education (C&E) offering and resources across Fidelity to help plan participants make the most of their equity compensation and their Fidelity account.

This SCM will support the implementation of new stock plan clients as well as and corporate action projects such as mergers, spin-offs, etc. They participate in the implementation project team (led by an Implementation Project Manager) and are responsible for managing the participant communications workstream.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS/BA required

  • Effective at project management and problem-solving for high-complexity processes and programs

  • Ability to provide excellent service while effectively influencing strategic clients toward best practices

  • History of managing complex client relationships

  • History of collaborating and establishing positive relationships with teammates and business partners

  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking coupled with outstanding communication skills

  • Ability to uncover and anticipate needs, synthesize feedback, and develop effective communication strategies

  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and ownership, seeking out opportunities to drive progress and transformation

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies or communication programs

  • Experience working with equity compensation preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support 10-15 projects at a time

  • Create and execute participant communications and education required for assigned projects

  • Complete all communication deliverables in a timely fashion

  • Provide clear and thorough communication to the client and the Implementation Project Manager regarding workstream deliverables

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction as evidenced in project surveys

  • Engage in robust discovery to uncover communication requirements

  • Promptly triage and address all communications-related queries

  • Recommend solutions and guide new plan sponsors through communications best practices

  • Introduce new plan sponsors to Fidelity’s C&E offering

  • Enable ongoing communications based on plan requirements

  • Use data to assess the effectiveness of applied communications strategies
