The hiring range for this role is:
90,885.39 - 127,461.22This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range andthis hiringrange may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonusincentivepay.

Job Description SummaryLead and participate in strategic sourcing projects to obtain goods and services at the best value. Work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, conduct market research, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and support contract growth and adoption. Negotiate and finalize contracts. 40%
- Review requisitions and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and specifications. 10%
- Address issues related to contract specifications, quality, delivery, or cost. 10%
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and make recommendations. 10%
- Interact professionally with stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and webinars. 10%
- Lead the request process, analyze supplier responses, and make recommendations. 10%
- Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials to support category work and track spending. 10%

Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in any of the business disciplines (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration); or equivalent work experience
- 5+ Years related business experience Required
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Effective project management and problem-solving skills. - Preferred: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) - ISM
