The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Hands-on development experience being part of a team in full-stack development within an Agile team environment
- Programming Experience in Java OR Python
- Demonstrated expertise of being an excellent collaborator and an ambassador the developers
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of open-source systems and inner-source repositories
- Ability to collaborate across product teams to be the voice of developers and guide on product roadmap
- Experience demonstrating DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows
- Experience working with the open source community is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be detailed, very responsive, and committed to quality
