The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Hands-on development experience or experience as a systems analyst being part of a team in full-stack development within an Agile team environment
- Demonstrated expertise of being an excellent collaborator and an ambassador the developers
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of open-source systems and inner-source repositories
- Ability to collaborate across product teams to be the voice of developers and guide on product roadmap
- Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be detailed, very responsive, and committed to quality
- Experience working with the open-source community is a plus
- Video editing skills is a plus

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated technologist to join our global Fidelity Architecture and Engineering organization on the Engineering Learning & Advocacy Team. We are a diverse, multi-functional team comprised of motivated technologists who believe in the power of innovation and constant teamwork. This team blends a passion for exploring new technologies with a dedication to helping others harness them through clear guidance, hands?on learning, and community engagement.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Some roles may have unique onsite requirements. Please consult with your recruiter for the specific expectations for this position.
