The Senior Director of Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Core Services and MCI leads and oversees the Core Services and MCI Services under the CBHC. Oversees and is accountable for all operations and expansion of the CBHC Core Services and MCI. Overall, responsible for quality care, the client experience, financial management, coordination and integration of care internally and externally, and supervision of management staff. Maintains regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and managed care standards and requirements. Engages clinical staff regularly to receive their input, ensure they feel heard, and convey critical organizational messages such as changes in policies and procedures. Effectively engages clinical staff in meeting productivity standards to ensure client access and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other mental health discipline.
- Independent Licensure, such as LICSW or LMHC, is required
- Five to seven years of previous clinical and administrative management within community behavioral health programs.
- Experience with providing clinic-based clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Experience with providing mobile crisis interventions.
- Knowledge and experience with evidence-based clinical practices.
- Proven track record of strong leadership skills, balancing administrative needs with staff concerns.
- Proven track record of working effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies.
- Track record of work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the senior leadership team.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail are required.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
