The Role

Take on a key position at Fidelity Investments, where your ability to organize and manage administrative tasks will be highly regarded. In the role of Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide support and collaborate with the Head of the Quality and Exception Management Team and his associates within the busy Workplace Investing - Client and Participant Services(CAPS) organization, as well as supporting the Head of Client Delivery within Fidelity Health. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your input is essential to the team’s success.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • More than 3 years of varied administrative support experience, especially in a dynamic environment

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with senior management and associates at all levels

  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, ensuring seamless task management and execution

  • A knack for quickly learning new applications, both internal and external

  • Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding communication and organizational capabilities

  • Advanced ability to prioritize tasks, proactively anticipate team needs, and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Proven track record of successful interaction with team members, both in-person and via remote technology

  • A positive, collaborative approach with a genuine desire to contribute to an inclusive environment

  • Dedicated with a strong sense of ownership and proactive involvement

The Value You Deliver

  • Expert management of complex calendars, ensuring flawless scheduling and time optimization

  • Coordination of detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including passport and visa processing, and expense management

  • Effective support for projects involving the CAPS Management team and throughout the region

  • Leading preparations for senior management meetings, including agenda setting, presenter coordination, and technical support

  • Creation and refinement of professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets

  • Active support of a dynamic workforce through procurement of equipment and supplies, space coordination, and scheduling assistance
