Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst for USCS Lending & Pricing is a critical role supporting the Lending function by providing decision support for Pricing, Pay-over-Time, Plan It, and other customer treatments across products/portfolios. The Senior Financial Analyst will help bridge the gap between Finance, Product, Pricing and Risk teams to perform quality profitability assessments, P&L management, investment decisioning and other ad hoc analytics to unlock financial insights driving incremental lending economics and help ensure business goals remain on-track. Additionally, they will support the business development teams’ pricing decisions on potential new partnerships. This role will report to a Manager within the Lending & Pricing team.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent quantitative and financial reasoning, clear communication, strong organizational skills and curiosity about the lending world.
  • Will support month-end reporting workstreams across different products and portfolios
  • Will build good relationships with business partners while establishing trust and thought partnership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant finance experience
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and build financial models to support strategic decision‑making
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • SQL experience preferred, or demonstrated ability and willingness to work with large customer-level dataset
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field
