Senior Investigator– Internal Investigations
The Role
As a Senior Investigator on the firm’s Internal Investigations team, you will be working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive global background vetting of new hires and other investigative capabilities for Fidelity. As a Senior Investigator, you will focus on overseeing a team of investigators and apply deep investigative knowledge and expertise on a range of matters, working collaboratively across the firm.
The location for this role is MA, RI, NH, NJ or TX.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 7-10 years of law enforcement, investigations, security, risk, or similar experience
- Demonstrated expertise in investigative analysis and techniques
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
- Strong leadership and operational process management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to quickly master and navigate sensitive organizational matters
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
