How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager, 1LOD FCRM Intake & Prioritization owns the intake and prioritization of demand engine first-line financial crimes activities within the 1LOD FCRM Center of Excellence. This role ensures that financial crimes risks, issues, regulatory expectations, and change initiatives are consistently captured, classified, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate execution owner using a common risk lens.
Reporting to the Director, this role prevents governance overload, reduces reactive fire drills, and ensures resources are deployed against the highest-risk priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the 1LOD FCRM intake and change framework for risks, issues, findings, control gaps, and change drivers, from approval through implementation oversight, adoption and reporting
- Ensure consistent classification, severity assessment, and documentation at intake.
- Act as the control point to prevent issue duplication, severity inflation or minimization, or misrouting.
- Apply defined prioritization criteria and sequence Quick Wins, strategic initiatives and long-term remediation initiatives to support both immediate risk mitigation and durable solutions.
- Support leadership decision-making on sequencing, tradeoffs and capacity constraints.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability from intake through decisioning, execution, and closure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in financial crimes risk management, change management, governance or operating model enablement within a large, complex organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing regulatory and risk-driven demands in a structured, disciplined manner.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Bachelor Degree
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
