The Role
In this role as a key leader of the Workplace Investing Data Operations team, you will lead a department of associates dedicated to helping clients as they implement data integration with Fidelity for servicing their benefits! You advise all aspects of your team including operational service levels, efficiency, quality standards, associate performance, risk mitigation and process improvement initiatives. You'd lead resources and results in a highly interdependent ecosystem and leading the end-to-end quality, timeliness, and efficiency of results to internal and external customers! As a high volume group, our space is evolving with new tech and lots of changes constantly. We need someone who adapts well to change and can take on new technology in this constantly evolving environment.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of operational management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively work well with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Proven record balancing customer service and happiness with sound business judgment.
- Knowledge of DC benefit plan administration

- This position requires a strong previous management background, no less than 5 years of demonstrated ability

- Multifaceted leadership with a focus on talent development and delivering quality outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills such as leading by influence and establishing relationships at all organization levels
- Understanding processes from start to finish while also being able to simplify sophisticated problems into measurable concepts
- Strong influencing across multiple geographic locations, processes, and functions
- Collaborating with business partners to resolve end-to-end process issues and champion improvements to the customer and associate experience
