The Team

We’re seeking an analytics professional who brings creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table, someone eager to lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance. This role requires more than reporting outcomes; we’re looking for a thinker who relentlessly pursues the why behind the data to uncover root causes and drive meaningful impact. As part of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you’ll collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations. This role offers broad exposure to a range of business leaders and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to connect insights across different parts of the organization to drive meaningful impact. This is an individual contributor role.

  • Ability to translate a business need or question into a hypothesis that can be validated via experimentation or data analysis.
  • Skilled at diagnosing trends, anomalies, and performance shifts by identifying root causes and translating findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Ability to use data to tell a story of customer experience, highlighting both successes and friction points to inform future initiatives and strategies.
  • Delivering insights from data to a broad audience in a simple, clear, and actionable way.
  • A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities and find success for Fidelity and our customers.
  • Demonstrating a mix of analytical skills, you always focus on business use cases and customer needs.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy, quality assurance, and timely delivery of insights.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions, including experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
  • Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
  • Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
