
Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus
5+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive strategic business initiatives related to customer service, distribution analytics and opportunity activation leveraging analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities and find success for Fidelity and our customers, delivering insights from data to a broad audience in a simple, clear, and actionable way.
Bringing a data-driven approach to decision making through experimental design and practical application
Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports of customer-level data using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
Experience with digital analytics, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or behavioral data a plus.
The Team
We are looking for analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of Advanced Analytics & Customer Insights, you'll be embedded in Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-216,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
