Your Role

As a Senior Manager, Data Governance you will work on an agile team focused on designing and executing on processes and policies on data access, consumption, utilization and discovery. You will contribute to, develop, implement and maintain control and permissibility frameworks for use and reuse across our data ecosystems, ensuring structured and unstructured data aligns to enterprise data principles and regulations.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Data Management, Data Analytics or any relevant field
  • Proven ability and thought leadership in one or more of the following disciplines: Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Catalog, Data Quality and Business Analysis
  • Experience with SQL, Python and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Experience with data management and governance software, specifically Alation and Collibra;
  • Experience or working knowledge of CCPA would be useful
  • Naturally collaborative with experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams, both on and offshore
  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and statistics in a simple and clear way
  • You bring passion to your work and operate with a sense of purpose that inspires and motivates those you work with
  • You are intellectually curious, always eager to learn new skills and share the knowledge with others
  • You bring a data-driven approach to decision making
  • You have experience in partnering with key stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering solutions to meet or exceed their expectations

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-216,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
