How will you make an impact in this role?
In this role, you will execute the vision and strategy and deliver the roadmap for Platform Services & Strategy team under the Acquisitions Product Governance and Decision Platform team. You will lead a product vertical and manage a high-performing and nimble team of product owner/analysts, and partner with Technology, UX Design, Application Journey, Analytics, Risk, Compliance and Privacy stakeholders to deliver global and scalable capabilities and initiatives that will directly contribute to the success of our company.

You will be responsible for:
- Driving solutions to execute the global acquisition orchestration roadmap and support various acquisition journey and market requirements.
- Collaborate with partners to drive and influence decisions on forwarding builds and solutions on the new orchestration platform and enable, when possible, to scale solutions to all markets, channels and products.
- Leading complex compliance-driven initiatives across multiple platforms, markets and products to strengthen controls and reduce overall risks for the company.
- Owning key stakeholder relationships across journey experience, compliance, risk and engineering for PSS owned products & functions.
- Owning product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and recommending options that best balance cost-benefit to achieve defined outcomes
- Defining MVPs to meet strategic business outcomes while balancing innovation and efficiency.
- Prioritizing and coordinating initiatives to reduce friction, reduce pend rates and increase automation rates to generate incremental revenue via product enhancements and continuous experimentation, in partnership with compliance and data management teams via annual and sprint planning.
- Leading, coaching and developing Product Owners.
- Working with the Director, and partner product teams to identify discovery outcomes and development feature backlog.
- Delivering your goals and outcomes throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with Release Train Engineer to manage cross-team dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Product Management experience in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to execute against a product vision, strategy and prioritized backlog.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives.
- Strong relationship management skills with ability strengthen business partnerships across business units and key functional support areas.
- Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence.
- Ability to coach and motivate team members and foster a diverse and inclusive team culture, encouraging input and from all team members.
- A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Ability to delegate effectively and empower and support decision-making.
- Ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running cross-team discovery for new products and product enhancements is a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated environment with an understanding of compliance, control, data governance and integrity processes is a plus.
- Platform and Data Product experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
